the staff was friendly. the room had good lighting. the location worked for my needs. the executive king room was clean and spacious. all the equipment worked well. i would definitely stay again. there was plenty of parking. i have no complaints.

i found the room to be very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. the bathroom was also very spacious and included comfortable seating, allowing me to properly relax. housekeeping ensured the room was super clean, which i appreciated.
i noticed the absence of some amenities typically found in comparable rooms. There was no coffee machine, kettle, or fridge provided. extra water bottles and soft drinks were also missing, and i found this disappointing.

i enjoyed my stay using a special offer. i have stayed at the hotel a few times before. the rooms are superb. the staff are very friendly rooms are super clean. the rooms are also maintained to a high standard. i always have an evening meal and breakfast too both are delicious.
i stayed in a room it was not a quiet room. it was on the ground floor. foot traffic accessing the stairs to the upper floor made for disturbed sleep.

the check-in process was swift, and i felt very welcome. the restaurant staff during breakfast were very helpful and were really good. there was ample free parking on site.
The first room was cold. The heating was not working. the second room was an odd shape, and the tv was about 8 metres from the bed. i found there was no shower gel while soaking wet, so i had to use hand wash soap.
